About the School

Approved by Florida DBPR

The school is approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (FDBPR) Provider # 0004969 to offer courses in Continuing Education for the disciplines that are regulated by the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB).

Knowledgeable Instructor

All courses offered are led by Gregory Siviur, a Florida licensed contractor since 1986, and posses college degrees pertinent to the construction profession. The Instructor has a masters’ degree from the University of Florida – School of Building Construction and a Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. The instructor has been approved by the DBPR and CILB to teach the continuing education courses.

Courses Are Updated as the Industry and Rules Change

The instructor keeps informed of the construction industry news from the DBPR, CILB and the Florida Building Commission. Hence, the courses are frequently updated to any change or new requirements pertaining to the continuing education for the Florida construction contractor.
